BiuroRanking is an independent informational ranking of real estate agencies. The Website is informational and analytical in nature and does not constitute investment advice.

We respect visitors’ privacy and process only the minimum necessary amount of data. By using the Website and submitting forms, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily, along with technical data required for the Website to function.

• Review form data: name (or preferred form of address), email address, the selected agency from the ranking, the rating given, and the review text.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, and referral source — collected automatically.
• Cookies: small text files necessary for the Website to function properly and to analyse its traffic.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion, political views, etc.) and do not request them through the Website’s forms.

• Publishing and moderating reviews about agencies in the ranking.
